The project's scope of work consists of a hotel and residential two-tower complex located at Palm Island, Dubai. The hotel and residences towers are connected by a 45 meters long sky bridge. Each tower consists of 3 reinforced concrete sub towers. The project includes full terraces, private pools, and shaded gardens.
